Child Safety & CSAE Policy

  • Any other behavior that endangers or exploits minors sexually

Any violation will result in immediate action.

 

3. Reporting and Safety Mechanisms
We provide users with clear and accessible tools to report harmful content and protect themselves:

All reports are reviewed promptly and handled with priority.

4. Enforcement Actions
If we become aware of violations, we take immediate and appropriate action, including:

  • Removal of illegal or harmful content

  • Temporary suspension or permanent termination of accounts

  • Reporting confirmed CSAE content to relevant authorities and organizations

  • Full cooperation with law enforcement investigations

We act without delay in cases involving potential harm to minors.

  • National laws in jurisdictions where SPINE operates

  • International frameworks addressing child exploitation and abuse

  • Mandatory reporting obligations to relevant authorities
